In 2022, Rodriguez – together with his wife as co-founder – established Aero Servicios AC Corp, commonly known as Aero Services. Drawing on his insider knowledge of what executive travelers and aircraft owners need, he built Aero Services into a bespoke aviation firm providing private charter flights and comprehensive flight support. “We wanted to offer an experience where clients feel as safe and cared for as if they had an ace pilot in the family,” Rodriguez says of the venture’s inspiration. As a seasoned aviator himself, he ensured that safety protocols at Aero Services met the highest standards. 

Under his leadership, the company quickly distinguished itself by organizing charter flights with impeccable reliability and personalized service. Rodriguez oversaw the establishment of a robust flight support and logistics backbone – handling details like fuel stops, permits, and ground handling – so that every client’s journey would be seamless from start to finish. Before long, Aero Services expanded beyond passenger flights by offering aircraft management for private jet owners, taking care of maintenance, crew hiring, and regulatory compliance on their behalf.
