CROSS Protocol Completes 10M USD Private Sale, Sets Equal Pricing for Public Offering
CROSS, a blockchain gaming pioneer, has secured $10 million in its private token sale while establishing an unprecedented equal pricing model for all investors.
The company sold 100 million tokens—10% of its planned 1 billion supply—at $0.10 per token, a price that will remain consistent for its upcoming public sale.
“It’s fair that passionate early investors pay the same, whether private or public.” said NEXUS CEO Henry Chang in a statement on X. This approach marks a significant departure from industry norms, where early private investors typically receive substantial discounts.
While many crypto projects offer discounted rates during private sales, CROSS is challenging this norm by ensuring a level playing field for all participants. This commitment to fairness and trust underpins the project’s transparent and equitable approach to ecosystem development.
Global crypto outlet BeInCrypto recently highlighted CROSS’s readiness to outpace traditional blockchain gaming projects, pointing to the project’s developer-friendly SDK, robust API, and comprehensive framework for building in-game economies as key differentiators.
Industry experts are closely watching CROSS as it gears up for its public sale and subsequent distribution strategy. “Actions speak louder than words.” CEO Chang tweeted, underscoring the rapid expansion and decisive execution of the CROSS ecosystem.
As CROSS prepares to make its mark on the blockchain gaming market with a fair pricing model and robust developer support, the crypto community eagerly anticipates its next steps.

Sergey Macheret Calls for Increased Investment in Plasma Technology for Aerospace Advancements
Plasma Science Holds the Key to the Future of Hypersonic Flight and Energy Efficiency
Indiana, US, 20th March 2025, ZEX PR WIRE, Aerospace scientist and engineer Sergey Macheret is calling on government agencies, private investors, and research institutions to accelerate investment in plasma technology to revolutionize hypersonic flight, propulsion systems, and energy efficiency. With decades of experience in plasma physics and aerospace engineering, Macheret believes the industry is at a pivotal moment.
“Plasma science can change the way we approach high-speed flight, propulsion, and aerodynamics, but the funding and research are not moving fast enough,” said Macheret, Co-Founder and CEO of US Plasma Engineering LLC. “We need dedicated resources to develop real-world applications before other nations take the lead.”
Plasma’s Role in Hypersonic and Aerospace Innovation
Hypersonic technology—defined as flight technology for speeds of Mach 5 or greater—is transforming military, space, and commercial aviation. However, heat buildup, shockwave formation, and aerodynamic drag remain critical challenges. Plasma-based solutions offer a way forward:
- Plasma aerodynamics: Electric discharges can manipulate airflow, reducing drag, enhancing lift, and improving both stability and maneuverability for hypersonic vehicles.
- Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD): Magnetic fields interacting with ionized air could enable more efficient airbreathing propulsion.
- Plasma-assisted combustion: Plasma devices can dramatically shorten the ignition delay time, facilitate fuel-air mixing, increase flame propagation speed, and also enable stable operation in lean mixtures.
“We already have the science to control airflow and enhance propulsion through plasma fields, but we lack the funding and test facilities to make these systems commercially viable,” Macheret explained.
The Global Race in Plasma and Hypersonic Development
China and Russia have heavily invested in hypersonic vehicle technology, with China testing multiple platforms capable of sustained flight at Mach 5+ speeds. A 2023 RAND Corporation report highlighted that China conducts nearly twice as many hypersonic flight tests annually as the U.S. In the last several years, R&D funding for hypersonics has increased dramatically in the US. “However, plasma technologies for hypersonics are still underfunded, especially given the game-changing potential of these technologies.”
Funding and Collaboration Needed
Macheret is urging NASA, the Department of Defense, and private aerospace firms to allocate more funding toward plasma-based aerospace technologies. He is also advocating for a national plasma research initiative, bringing together universities, laboratories, and industry partners.
“If we want to remain leaders in aerospace technology, we must commit to developing plasma-based solutions now.”

Sayed Abazar Wahedi Advocates for Global Awareness of the Arbaeen Pilgrimage
Scholar and Filmmaker Calls for Greater Recognition of the World’s Largest Peaceful Gathering
California, US, 20th March 2025, ZEX PR WIRE, Sayed Abazar Wahedi, a respected Islamic scholar and filmmaker, is raising awareness about the Arbaeen pilgrimage, one of the largest annual religious gatherings in the world. Through his work with Beacon of Guidance, Wahedi is documenting the spiritual and humanitarian impact of Arbaeen, advocating for its global recognition as a symbol of unity, justice, and resilience.
Each year, over 20 million people from across the world embark on this pilgrimage to Karbala, Iraq, to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS). Despite its scale, Arbaeen remains largely underreported in mainstream media. Wahedi is committed to changing that narrative.
“Arbaeen is more than a religious event,” Wahedi explains. “It is a movement of peace, sacrifice, and solidarity that transcends race, nationality, and sectarian divides.”
Bringing the Arbaeen Story to the World
Through documentary filmmaking, Wahedi captures the human stories behind the pilgrimage—stories of individuals walking hundreds of miles, volunteers providing free food, shelter, and medical aid, and communities coming together in unprecedented acts of service and generosity.
According to Wahedi, media coverage of large-scale religious gatherings like Hajj is extensive, yet Arbaeen—despite being significantly larger—remains virtually invisible in global discourse.
“People should know about this pilgrimage,” he says. “It is the single largest annual peaceful gathering in the world, yet most news outlets don’t cover it. Why? It’s time to change that.”
A Call for Media, Researchers, and Communities to Take Action
Wahedi urges media organizations, academics, and humanitarian groups to document and study Arbaeen, emphasizing its potential as a case study in mass mobilization, interfaith cooperation, and selfless service.
-
20+ million participants from over 40 countries attend each year.
-
More than 8,000 free service stations (mawakib) provide food, shelter, and medical aid, funded by volunteers.
-
Zero recorded incidents of violence, making it one of the safest large-scale public gatherings.
“If the world truly wants to understand unity and selflessness, it should look at Arbaeen,” Wahedi says. “Millions walk, not for personal gain, but for a shared belief in justice and compassion.”
How to Support the Cause
Wahedi is actively working on documentaries and media projects to bring awareness to the pilgrimage. He encourages journalists, scholars, and religious organizations to help share the message.

Sage Consulting Group Partners with CHO for Annual Holiday Bike Drive to Support Those in Need in Vienna, Virginia
Michigan, US, 20th March 2025, ZEX PR WIRE, For over 25 years, Sage Consulting Group has been committed to making a difference in both the business world and the local community. This holiday season, Sage is proud to continue its support of the Committee for Helping Others (CHO) in their annual Holiday Bike Drive, an initiative that brings joy and essential transportation to those in need.
Every year, CHO, a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Vienna, Virginia, collects, repairs, and donates bicycles to underprivileged children, teenagers, and adults. With a special focus this year on providing bikes for students and workers who rely on bicycles for transportation, CHO’s efforts are more impactful than ever. Sage Consulting Group is honored to contribute to this cause, helping to restore and distribute these bikes to ensure recipients have access to safe, reliable transportation.
A Tradition of Giving Back: The Holiday Bike Drive
The CHO Holiday Bike Drive has been a longstanding tradition in Vienna, Virginia, operating each year from October 1st to November 25th. During this period, community members generously donate bikes at designated drop-off locations throughout the town. These locations include:
-
Antioch Christian Church (1860 Beulah Rd.)
-
317 Church St. NE
-
218 Elmar Dr. SE
-
9807 Wintercress Ct.
After collection, a dedicated team of volunteers, including Dan Larkin, Jim Burggraff, Charlie Strunk, Rob Pfleghardt, and Kent Fielden, work tirelessly to repair, clean, and restore the bicycles. They ensure that each bike is in excellent working condition before it is donated to a deserving recipient. The initiative not only provides children with the simple joy of owning a bike but also supports teenagers and adults who rely on bicycles for commuting to school or work.
Sage Consulting Group’s Commitment to the Community
Founded in 1998, Sage Consulting Group has built a reputation for delivering expert-driven solutions in financial management, consulting, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) for businesses and government agencies. Initially focused on serving commercial companies, Sage shifted its focus to the Department of Defense (DoD) in 2008, where it has since provided critical support in financial improvement, audit readiness, and risk management.
While Sage has made a significant impact in the professional world, community involvement remains at the heart of its mission. Partnering with CHO for the annual Holiday Bike Drive aligns with Sage’s core values of service, responsibility, and making a positive difference. The company strongly believes in giving back to the community and supporting initiatives that improve the lives of others, especially during the holiday season.
“Sage Consulting Group is honored to support CHO’s Holiday Bike Drive,” said Robert Pfleghardt, Founder of Sage Consulting Group. “This initiative is about more than just donating bikes—it’s about providing freedom, mobility, and opportunity to those who need it most. We are proud to work alongside CHO and the incredible volunteers who make this effort possible every year.”
Why Bicycles Matter: More Than Just a Gift
For many people, a bicycle is much more than a recreational item—it’s a lifeline. With the rising cost of transportation and limited access to public transit in certain areas, bicycles serve as an affordable and practical mode of transportation for students, workers, and families.
-
For children, a bicycle provides independence and the joy of outdoor activities.
-
For teenagers, it offers an essential means to travel to school, part-time jobs, and extracurricular activities.
-
For adults, it serves as a vital mode of transportation to work, grocery stores, and essential services.
CHO has recognized this growing need and, in recent years, has expanded its efforts to focus on providing bikes for teenagers and adults who rely on them for daily commuting. With over 150 bicycles donated annually, this program directly improves the lives of many individuals and families in Vienna, Virginia.
How the Community Can Get Involved
The success of the CHO Holiday Bike Drive depends on community support. There are several ways for individuals, businesses, and organizations to get involved:
-
Donate a Bicycle – If you have a used bike in good condition, consider donating it at one of the official Vienna drop-off locations between October 1 and November 25.
-
Volunteer for Repairs – If you have mechanical skills or a passion for bicycles, join the CHO repair team to help fix up and restore donated bikes.
-
Spread the Word – Help CHO and Sage Consulting Group raise awareness about the initiative by sharing information on social media, local newsletters, and community boards.
-
Make a Monetary Donation – Contributions help purchase replacement parts, tools, and safety gear for the donated bicycles. Donations can be made directly through the CHO website (CHO-VA.COM).
Making an Impact: A Shared Responsibility
Over the years, the CHO Holiday Bike Drive has transformed lives by providing people with access to transportation, independence, and a sense of empowerment. This initiative reflects the spirit of the holiday season—compassion, generosity, and community support.
Through the collaboration between CHO, Sage Consulting Group, and dedicated volunteers, more individuals in Vienna, Virginia will have access to reliable transportation this holiday season. A simple donation can make a lasting impact—whether it helps a child experience the joy of their first bike ride or supports an adult commuting to work.
“Every year, we see firsthand the life-changing impact of these donations,” said Dan Larkin, a longtime volunteer with CHO. “A bicycle can mean the difference between getting to work on time or missing a shift, between attending school or staying home. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributes to this cause.”
Looking Ahead: A Commitment to Service
As Sage Consulting Group looks toward the future, community engagement remains an essential part of its mission. The company continues to seek opportunities to partner with local organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies to create meaningful change.
“Our company is built on the values of excellence, service, and integrity,” said Robert Pfleghardt. “While we are proud of the work we do in consulting, we are equally committed to giving back to the community. The CHO Holiday Bike Drive is a perfect example of how businesses and nonprofits can come together to make a real impact.”
As the 2023 Holiday Bike Drive approaches its final collection days, Sage Consulting Group encourages everyone in Vienna, Virginia, to get involved. Whether through a bike donation, volunteer hours, or a financial contribution, every effort helps brighten someone’s holiday season.
